<image:title>Orphan Wisdom: Nights of Grief & Mystery Tour - Gregory Hoskins</image:title>
<image:caption>Often described with epithets like “best kept secret”, “unsung”, and “an artist that has flown under the radar”, Gregory Hoskins’ career spans 11 recordings over 27 years and record deals on 3 continents. Hoskins’ lyrics and voice tend to break and bind at the same time in songs that are steeped in beauty and a muscular type of sorrow…and he does it over propulsive grooves, brooding electric guitar work, and rich sonics. He and the band use those sonic textures to underpin Jenkinson’s readings, too, using swirls of drums, bass, guitar textures, and synth throbs along with vocal harmonies, trumpet, and live looping. Material from his most recent release, Vain + Alone, is featured in the Nights of Grief and Mystery. Please visit Gregory Hoskins Music to listen.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Stephen is a Harvard Educated Theologian, Culture Activist, founder of The Orphan Wisdom School. He is the author of Die Wise: A Manifesto for Sanity and Soul, the award-winning book about grief, and dying, and the great love of life. He is the subject of a National Film Board of Canada documentary, Griefwalker. He brings teachings of the ramshackling kind, about honour and grace under pressure, about how we might learn our darkening times. His new book, Come of Age: The Case for Elderhood in a Time of Trouble, wonders about elderhood in an age of age-intolerance, and about the withering of the World Tree.</image:caption>

<image:title>Creative Mornings: Lee Terbosic - Lee Terbosic</image:title>
<image:caption>Lee Terbosic is an internationally touring magician, comedian, actor, daredevil and entertainer from Pittsburgh, PA who is proving that anything is possible. Lee is the co-star of Discovery Science Channel’s recent smash HOUDINI’S LAST SECRETS, a four-part TV docuseries that uncovers incredible secrets about Harry Houdini’s life, family, magic and science behind some of his biggest stunts and escapes. Lee has wowed some of Hollywood’s biggest stars like Aaron Paul, Jack Black, Wiz Khalifa & Michael J. Fox and with appearances on America’s Got Talent on NBC, Four Weddings on TLC and Now You See It on the BBC and been requested to perform for numerous Fortune 500 companies around the world. On November 6, 2016, Lee performed his biggest stunt to date with Houdini100, a tribute to Harry Houdini’s death defying upside down straight jacket escape that he performed high above the streets of Pittsburgh, 100 years before him at the very same location in the Cultural District. Currently Lee stars “52 Up Close” his hit one man 90 minute close up sleight of hand show that is in production at Hotel Monaco for only 52 performances each year. Lee’s dedication to magic in Pittsburgh in recent years had helped bring Pittsburgh’s newest theater, Liberty Magic. Lee is a Artistic Advisor to The Cultural Trust and active headliner at the new venue with his stand up comedy magic show “In Plain Sleight” that will return this fall for 6 weeks after 8 straight weeks this spring with every single show selling out.</image:caption>

<image:title>Buffalo Rose - Buffalo Rose</image:title>
<image:caption>Formed in Pittsburgh, PA in 2016, the group blends folk, soul, and bluegrass into something amorphously Americana, but decidedly their own. Three prominent singers (Shane McLaughlin, Lucy Clabby, and Rosanna Spindler) provide stunning vocal harmonies over dynamic, engrossing layers of stringed instruments. Specifically, acoustic guitar (McLaughlin), upright bass (Jason Rafalak), mandolin (Bryce Rabideau), and dobro (Malcolm Inglis.) Their sharp sense of rhythmic experimentation and evocative, storytelling lyricism come together for a sound with both shimmer and punch; it’s foot-tapping and breathtaking in turn. Buffalo Rose offers a warm, passionate homage to America’s classic musical traditions, with modern twists that keep things interesting—and damn fun.</image:caption>

Quickly, this band of gentlemen started to find their own groove in showbiz. C Street Brass connects patrons of the arts from all walks of life around a unique and innovative concert experience. The group prides itself on being as comfortable in the sound world of baroque music as it is in dubstep. <image:caption>JON LADEAU IS A BROOKLYN BASED SONGWRITER, GUITARIST, AND SINGER INFLUENCED BY ROOTS MUSIC OF ALL KINDS. Over the past 15 years LaDeau has toured and recorded extensively with his band, as a solo artist, and as a sideman in nearly every state of the U.S, Europe, Scandanavia, and the UK. Jon has honed his songwriting and performing chops by playing countless weekly residencies over the past decade of living in New York City and continues to to contribute to a wide range of recording sessions when not touring. Jon is a current member of The National Reserve, whose recent highlights include the release of Motel La Grange (Ramseur Records) and the pleasure of sharing the stage with Tedeschi Trucks, Amy Helm, John Moreland, Margo Price, Lukas Nelson, North Mississippi AllStars, Brent Cobb, Charley Crocket and many others. October 2019 sees the release of Jon’s 4th album, Roads. A journey rooted in the folk and country traditions that also stretches into more expansive improvisational territory. Jon has brought together some of his favorite musicians and singers from NYC and beyond to create an exploration of the many roads we all travel. Over the course of the album different travel partners come and go in the form of duets and guest appearances, leading us to unfamiliar places that feel like home.</image:caption>
